We are proud to be a Mexican-American woman-owned cafe serving up craft coffee + 100% gluten-free bakes conveniently located on South Lamar in the heart of 78704. Since 2020, our passion is to create a welcoming space for you to experience a delicious cup of locally roasted coffee, ceremonial grade organic matcha, cold-pressed juice, and scratch-made gluten-free bakes.
✨ Why are we gluten-free? 6 years ago, Erinn was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that inspired her to look to food as medicine (yes, cake can be medicine 😉). You can be assured each time you come in your order will be made with love and have your joy and well-being in mind.
✨ Who bakes our goodies? Erinn makes almost every item we offer from scratch. We are entirely gluten-free with dairy-free, nut-free & plant-based options too. When we say things are small-batch we mean it ... syrups are made 60oz at a time, and each menu item is freshly made daily in quantities of 1 cake or 1 pan at a time. We use seasonal and local sourced when we can or other small-batch companies to create the menu 💕
